A brief, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
This is not a medical visit or evaluation.

Some seasons of life require more than medical treatment alone.
Our team includes a chaplain who offers supportive, meaning-centered care for life transitions, grief, loss, burnout, and spiritual distress. This care is non-denominational and not religious unless you want it to be.
She brings deep experience from hospice and palliative care, supporting people through uncertainty, identity shifts, and major life changes — and also works with individuals navigating everyday struggles who simply need space to reflect, process, and feel supported. Some seasons of life require more than medical treatment alone.

A thoughtful evaluation designed to help you get unstuck.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a set of validated mental health assessments to give us clarity and context. During our virtual visit, we’ll talk through what’s going on, review your results together, and discuss clear, realistic next steps — including advocacy when appropriate.

When work becomes unsustainable, you deserve thoughtful medical guidance — not pressure or judgment.
I provide a careful evaluation and clear medical documentation when time away from work is clinically appropriate. I take the time to understand your role, stressors, and health in context, and I advocate for you with integrity so you’re not navigating this process alone.
My philosophy
Mental health isn’t just about symptoms or diagnoses—it’s woven into every part of your life.
I take a whole-person approach with care that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in your life experience.
When mental health affects your ability to work or live fully, you deserve a physician who listens deeply, provides clear guidance, and advocates for you with compassion and clarity.
I see mental health differently. I don’t separate mental health from real life.
How I Support You
Care that actually feels like someone cares.
How It Works
Schedule a brief, no-pressure call to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit. This is not a medical visit — just a chance to orient and decide next steps.
If we move forward, you’ll complete a brief intake and validated assessments before we meet. During your virtual visit, I’ll listen carefully, review everything with you, and help clarify what support makes sense — including medication, documentation, or other care.
You’ll walk away with clear guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and a physician advocate in your corner — so you’re not navigating this alone.
This Might Be for You If…
You’re in a high-pressure role as a parent, student, or professional and your mental health symptoms are starting to interfere with your focus, performance, or ability to keep up.
Your mental health symptoms are beginning to affect your relationships—and you don’t want them to define your future.
You want thoughtful, physician support — including clear guidance and advocacy when time away from work may be part of your care.
You’re navigating a heavy phase or life transition that requires steadier support and thoughtful care.
Simple steps. Real support. No guesswork.
